Hydro Resources - Mid Continent, Inc. is soliciting bids from certified local MBE and WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the following project:

City of Shepherd
GLO-CDBG-MIT Regional Mitigation Program, Hurricane Harvey MUD MID Water System Improvements, GLO Contract No. 24-065-003-E160
Package 1 -Well
Bid Date: June 10, 2026 10:00 AM

Scopes of work may include, but is not limited to: sieve analysis, e-log and alignment survey, chemical and bacteriological test, concrete foundation pad, concrete pumping, traffic control, SWPPP measures, job site signage, portable toilet rental, and purchase of submersible pump, casing, liner, screen, gravel and any other subcontracting or supplier opportunities as listing the in the project specifications.

Subcontractors whose SAM.gov registration is not active will be ineligible for participation. Subcontractors shall provide Worker's Compensation Insurance, shall comply with Clean Air Act and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, and shall be an Equal Opportunity Employer. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon Act, Copeland Act, Contract Work Hours Safety Standards and the Fair Labor Standards. Parties to this Contract agree to comply with HUD's regulations in 24 CFR part 75.

"This project is funded by the Texas General Land Office of the State of Texas to
provide for mitigation activities to reduce disaster risks in communities impacted by
Hurricane Harvey. The funds have been allocated by the United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Grant -
Mitigation Program."
