The Rockland County Office of Community Development (RCOCD), acting as the Local Program Administrator ("LPA") for the New York State Residential Emergency Services to Offer [Home] Repairs to the Elderly (RESTORE) Program, hereby solicits sealed qualifications from responsible contractors for inclusion on a Pre-Qualified Contractor Bid List for the performance of residential emergency repair, health and safety repair, and related rehabilitation work at eligible owner-occupied residential properties located within Rockland County.
