Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.
The project consists of the following:
Replacement of the existing High School stadium including construction of bleachers, two supporting buildings - a concession stand, team room, and restroom and corresponding on and off-stie improvements.

Plans and Specifications are available via Fresno Reprographics.
This project is being delivered under the Lease-Leaseback project delivery method.
Skilled-and-Trained Workforce requirements shall apply.
CA State Prevailing Wages shall apply.
Sub Bonds (Performance & Payment Bonds) may be required for any subcontract over $250,000.
Please include your Bond Rate / Bond Cost as a separate line item on your proposal.
