We are seeking quotes for Painting and Doors.

The Work consists of the following:
1. Exterior painting of twenty-five (25) buildings and associated site structures identified on
the project site plans
2. Interior painting within seven (7) designated buildings identified on the project site plans
3. Dry rot repair and the replacement of deteriorated structural elements, including dry-rotted
posts, joists, and siding, at locations indicated in the project documents.
4. Removal of multiple existing doors and replacement with new doors as specified in the
drawings.
5. Repairs and improvements at the Pines Addition Building, including associated structural
work detailed in the contract documents.
