The Authority is requesting Proposals from firms for the performance of the services of Upgrading the Large Conference Room at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS)/ The Trinity River Authority of Texas.

Provide materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary for a fully working,
tested, and calibrated system. Supply accessories and minor equipment items (such as,
but not limited to, power strips, adapters, connectors, mounting hardware, etc.) needed
for a complete system, even if not specifically mentioned in these Specifications. Notify
the Architect of any discrepancies in part numbers or quantities before bid. Failing to
provide such notification, supply items and quantities according to the intent of the
Specification and Drawings, without claim for additional payment.
