Waterline improvements divided into eight project "schedules" (areas). Individual project schedules have their own Bid Forms, located in Section C-410. See Section C-200, Article 18.05 for Basis of Award information. See Volume 3 for individual project schedule engineering drawings. See Volume 4 for additional information. // Schedule #1: SW Seabrook Ln × HWY 101 (Waldport, OR 97394) - Abandon existing 8-in asbestos concrete (AC) waterline and existing 2-in PVC waterline. Install new 12-in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. Relocate mailboxes, perform full-lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint. // Schedule #2: SW Wakonda Beach Rd × HWY 101 (Waldport, OR 97394) - Abandon existing 6-in AC waterline and install new 8-in HDPE waterline. Relocate mailboxes, perform full lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint. // Schedule #3: SW Seabrook Ln to SW Waziyata Ave × HWY 101 (Waldport, OR 97394) - Abandon existing 6-in AC and PVC waterlines and install new 6-in and 12-in HDPE waterlines. Horizontal directional drilling is required. Relocate mailboxes, perform full-lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint. // Schedule #4: SW Whitecap Dr to SW Fernwood Dr (Waldport, OR 97394) - Abandon existing 6-in AC waterline and reconnect all services from this waterline to existing 10-in PVC waterline. Relocate mailboxes, perform full-lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint. // Schedule #5: NE Camp One St × HWY 101 (San Marine, OR 97498) - Abandon existing 4-in AC waterline and install new 6-in HDPE waterline. Relocate mailboxes, perform full lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint. // Schedule #6: NE California St × HWY 101 (San Marine, OR 97498) - Abandon existing 4-in AC waterline and install new 6-in HDPE waterline. Horizontal directional drilling is required. Relocate mailboxes, perform full-lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint. // Schedule #7: SW Wakonda Beach Rd to Dick's Fork Water Treatment Plant (Waldport, OR 97394) - Abandon existing 8-in PVC waterline and install new 12-in HDPE waterline. On the effluent waterline of the Dick's Fork Water Treatment Plant install new water meters, reconnect existing water meters, and install fire hydrants. Perform gravel resurfacing. Relocate mailboxes, perform full-lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint. // Schedule #8: SW Wakonda Beach Rd to SW Newton Dr (Waldport, OR 97394) - Abandon existing 8-in PVC waterline and install new 12-in HDPE waterline. Perform full-lane grind and repave, and apply yellow centerline paint and white fogline paint.
