We are seeking Certified/ Qualified DBE/MBE/SBE/WBE/SBRA/LSAF, HUB Zone Subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide the following but not limited to: Curb and Gutter, Trucking, Saw Cutting, Equipment Rentals, Traffic Control, Cold Planing, SWPPP, Aggregates, AC, Pipes and Fittings, Survey, Landscape, Potholing, Welding and Preconstruction Video to complete contract work for West Valley Water District, Zone 2 Waterline and Service Relocation in the Bloomington Area, 7th Street, 9th Street, Linden Avenue and Cedar Avenue- Phase IIIB with a bid due date 07/23/2026 at 4:00pm (PDT).

Please provide your quote and a Certificate prior to the bid date (07/23/2026) so that we may inform you of of any additional forms required. Assistance with plans, specs, bonding and insurance are available.
