Valentine Corporation is seeking certified SAN LEANDRO LOCAL BUSINESS subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers & truckers for quotes including, but not limited to, the following scopes of work. AC PAVING, SHOTCRETE,METAL BEAM GUARDRAIL, THERMOPLASTIC STRIPING, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL, SWPPP, READY MIX, CHANIN LINK FENCE, FURNISH PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, CIDH PILES REBAR, FABRICATED METALS, SURVEY AND TRUCKING. Please submit quotes by noon on bid day. Valentine is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.

Bonds may be required, if so Valentine Corporation can assist. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting CALTRANS requirements and will be required to sign the standard Valentine Corporation Subcontract Agreement.
