Work consists of sitework related to installation of refurbished modular admin building(by others). We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including but not limited to the following items: site demolition, saw cutting, excavation, grading, underground utilities, plumbing connections, concrete flatwork, signage, fencing, electrical, and fire alarm.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors are required to carry GL insurance as required by the specs.
