Valentine Corporation is seeking certified MBE/WBE/SBE/OBE/DVBE/LBE subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers & truckers for quotes for all scopes of work and bid items related to this project. COMPLIANCE PLAN, LEVEL 2 CRITICAL PATH METHOD SCHEDULE, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, TRAFFIC CONTROL, BEARING PADS, STEEL, STEEL BOLTS, STEEL CABLE CONNECTIONS, STEEL RAILING, PAINTING, SPOT BLAST, PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN, REPAIR BUTTRESSES, CONCRETE CURBS, CONCRETE BRIDGE DECK SURFACE, TREAT BRIDGE DECK, DECK TREATMENT MATERIAL, ACCESS CABLES, CONCRETE, TRUCKING. Subcontractor requirement is 22%

Bonds may be required, if so Valentine Corporation can assist. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting CALTRANS requirements and will be required to sign the standard Valentine Corporation Subcontract Agreement.
