Resource Environmental Services is seeking Community Business Enterprises (CBE) for the Magic Johnson Park. CBE's are defined as Minority, Women, Disadvantage, Disabled Veteran, Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender/Queer/and Questions owned Business Enterprises (M/W/D/DVBE/LGBTQQ). This project includes a 25% CBE participation goal. This project is also subject to Countywide Community Workforce Agreement (CWA).

The general scope of work includes the removal of all existing structures and the preparation of the site, including offsite improvements, utility services, grading, storm drainage, landscape, and parking requirements. Possible subcontracting trades include grading, underground utilities, asphalt/Concrete, SWPPP, traffic control, construction material, and rental equipment.

REI is a union company and is signatory to Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
