We encourage bids from all Subcontractors/Suppliers including SBE/MBE/WBE/DBE/DVBE bidders.

Civil/site work (grading, paving, drainage, fencing), roadway improvements, utility Installations and connections, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection equipment, electrical power, grounding, and lighting, communications work, landscaping and irrigation, cathodic protection, structural, offsite pipelines, geotechnical, transformers, switchgear, switchboard, motor control center (MCC), and panelboards, grinding/earthing, field piping, lightning protection systems, storage wells and associated infrastructure.

Subcontractors will be required to sign the PERC Water Standard Subcontract Agreement, which includes the right for PERC Water to require subcontractors to furnish a faithful performance and labor bond, in a form and from a surety acceptable to PERC Water, in the amount of 100% of the Subcontract price.

Subcontractors will be required to comply with all subcontract insurance requirements, which includes providing a waiver of subrogation endorsement to their worker compensation insurance. The PERC Water Standard Subcontract Agreement is available for viewing upon request to the outreach coordinator.
