FLINT Design Build is seeking bids for the following bid packages:
Field Engineering (Survey)
Site Demolition
Earthwork
Asphalt Paving and Striping
Site Utilities
Landscaping
Site Concrete
Miscellaneous Metals
Site Safety and Protection
This is FLINT's project.

Prevailing wages shall be provided for all work on this project. All work is to comply with the Community Benefits Agreement and all subcontractors at every tier must bind to the agreement.
