Stalco is submitting a bid to the Inc. Village of Hempstead for the Pool Facility Renovation at Kennedy Memorial Park - General Construction project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

This project has a Minority Requirements of MWBE 30%, SDVOB 6% & a Local Business Participation Initiative of 10%.

Scope of Work:
Renovation of the Kennedy Memorial Park Pool facilities including the demolition of the existing bathhouse and pools, construction of a new bathhouse with concession stand, filter building, competition pool, family pool, spray park, and all associated recirculation, treatment and filtration systems, drainage, sewer and event space.

This project is broken up into five (5) contracts: Contract G, Contract P, Contract H, Contract E, and Contract X.
