Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposal from ALL TRADES.
The project consists of the following:
1 Single-story wood framed building, total floor area of 5,309 square feet, with related on-site improvements.

Plans and Specifications are available via Tulare-Kings Counties Builders Exchange.
CA State Prevailing Wages shall apply.
Sub Bonds (Performance & Payment Bonds) may be required for any
subcontract over $250,000.
Please include your Bond Rate / Bond Cost as a separate line item on your
proposal.
