Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of exterior and interior renovation to the
office building located at 2570 24th Street. Scope includes, but not limited to, barrier removal of exterior
improvements, interior renovations: office renovation, accessibility upgrades, restroom remodels, fire
alarm systems, new finishes, owner provided modular systems furniture (MSF), low voltage and
electrical distribution, HVAC modifications, door hardware upgrades, selective hazardous materials
abatement. We are looking to meet the required 3% DVBE and 25% SB goals.
We are seeking quotes for the below scope of work:
Demo, Concrete, Metal Fab, Firestopping & Sealants, Gyp Board, Tile/Flooring, Painting, Acoustical ceiling, Wheelchair Lift, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Asphalt Patching, Pavement Markings, Casework, Glazing, Doors/Hardware, Signage, Toilet Compartment & Accessories,

- This is NOT a PLA Project

- This IS a Prevailing Wage project

******Payment/Performance Bonds may be required as a condition of the contract. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (if required). ZCI is signatory to the Carpenters, Drywallers, Drywall Finishers & Laborers Unions. Subcontractors will be required to execute Zovich Construction's standard subcontract agreement and comply with our general insurance requirements. All subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) & properly licensed to perform work in the State of CA. It is the subcontractor's responsibility to review the Owner's General and Special Conditions for this project, as they will be binding. ZCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
