Rockland County Department of Mental Health (RCDMH) seeks proposals from qualified organizations (preferably Non-Profit) capable of establishing, implementing, operating and sustaining Narcan (Naloxone) vending machines and Naloxboxes as well as establishing a public website that shows where Narcan is available within Rockland County.
