Stalco is submitting a bid to the Incorporated Village of Mineola for the Sanitation Garage Repair project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

M/WBE Goal: 30%; SDVOB Goal: 6%; New York State Prevailing Wage Shall Apply.

Scope of Work:
Repair of a damaged wall of the Incorporated Village of Mineola Department of Public Works' sanitation garage. Scope includes demolition and removals, asbestos removal, steel pipe bollards; precast concrete structures; mortar, masonry accessories, unit masonry construction, concrete unit masonry, cast stonemasonry, masonry cleaning, masonry restoration; metal fastening, structural steel; rough carpentry, finish carpentry; EPDM thermoset single-ply roofing, flashing and sheet metal trim, caulking and sealants; steel doors and frames, sectional overhead doors, aluminum windows, finish hardware, commercial overhead door operators; painting; general electrical provisions, conduit, switches, receptacles. less
