This project will require compliance and submittal of CA DIR and/or Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates and certified payroll reporting. A 100% performance and payment bond may be required on this project. If requested, we can assist you in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, and insurance in the preparation of this proposal.
