Project Details

This is a Job Order Contract (JOC) with a Maximum Contract Amount of $5,000,000, consisting of multiple Task Orders issued over a two-year term. Marinship is seeking subcontractor and supplier participation for the following scopes:
• Building / Moving / Demolition (C-21)
• Earthwork & Paving (C-12)
• Electrical - High Voltage (C-10)
• Lenel Systems Integration (Lenel Certification Required)
• Pipeline Inspection - Remote Inspection Tool
• Reinforcing Steel Construction (C-50)
• Solar Construction (C-46)
• Trucking & Hauling

The work will be performed in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne Counties within the SFPUC regional area, exclusively in the Hetch Hetchy area. Specialized work may include high-voltage tower raises requiring a C-10 license, Lenel systems integration requiring Lenel certification, and pipeline inspection using remotely operated inspection tools.



This project includes a 16% LBE subcontracting participation requirement. The requirement may be met with CMD-certified San Francisco Micro and/or Small-LBE firms and/or PUC-LBE firms. LBE subcontractors must be appropriately certified in the scope of work they are listed to perform.

This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and applicable California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) compliance. Subcontractors must possess the appropriate active contractor's license for the work they will perform.

Marinship is committed to supporting subcontractor participation and will provide assistance as needed, including bonding, insurance, lines of credit, equipment, materials, and breaking down scopes to facilitate participation. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available upon request or through the SFPUC Contracts & Bids website.
