Stalco is submitting a bid to the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) for the Provide Transitional Residence, South Capus at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center project and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

Requirements:
MBE Goal: 15%; WBE Goal: 15%; SDVOB Goal: 6%

Scope includes:
Construction facilities and temporary controls; construction heat and temporary heat; project identification sign; removals, cutting, and patching; construction waste management; contract closeout. Existing Conditions: Underground utility locator service. Concrete: Concrete formwork; steel concrete reinforcement; cast-in-place concrete. Masonry: Thin brick panel system. Metals: Structural steel; metal fabrications. Wood, Plastics, and Composites Rough carpentry; wood trusses; interior architectural woodwork; plastic laminate clad architectural cabinets; ornamental woodwork/ Thermal and Moisture Protection: Bituminous damp-proofing; building insulation; continuous insulation composite wall panels; foamed-in-place insulation; vapor retarder under slabs on grade; asphalt shingle roof system; concrete faced panels; mineral fiber cement siding; flashing and trim; gutters and downspouts; fire stopping; joint sealers. Openings: Steel doors and frames; access doors; sliding doors; aluminum framed entrances and storefronts; aluminum windows; French casement crank out; door hardware; glazing; stationary metal wall louvers.
