We are soliciting quotes from certified DBE firms for: non-hazardous drill cuttings testing/hauling/disposal; non-hazardous drilling fluids testing/hauling/disposal; non-hazardous well-development and sampling purge-water testing/hauling/disposal; downhole geophysical, caliper and deviation surveys; downhole video/camera survey; and applicable well-construction supplies/materials. Applicable NAICS include 541360, 541380, 562111, 562119, 562219, 484220, 423840 and 423390. Interested DBEs may quote one or more scopes. Plans/specifications and scope information are available upon request. Provide current DBE certification with quote. Quotes requested by Sept. 10, 2026.
