The following are required to be included with your bid submission:
1. Breakout your quote per Building (A, B & C) and site costs.
2. Alternates may be required - see pending Bid Clarifications.
3. Provide a list of your fully burdened labor rates with your quote.
4. Please sign and return the PLA Agreement to be Bound and include with your bid.
5. Please provide a copy of your Air Resource Board CARB compliance form with your bid if you will use Diesel Equipment on site.

New as of 1/1/24: SUBMIT CURRENT CARB CERTIFICATIONS WITH YOUR BID! New California Air Resource Board or C.A.R.B. requirements apply to all subcontractors with equipment on-site. Current certificates of compliance from the Air Resource Board's D.O.O.R.S. website and compliant equipment on-site will be required / monitored at all times by Alten staff.

It is now State of CA law to include CSLB license # & DIR # on bid sub list - make sure to put them on your bid scope's 1st page!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project, but you are required to include the cost for all required insurance in your bid on bid day.
