Project Details

Seeking quotes from certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Oakland and Santa Fe Water Line Replacement, CIP No. 5661. Opportunities include surveying/staking (NAICS 541370), shoring (238910), trucking/hauling (484220), excavation and waterline installation (237110), bedding and aggregate supply (423320), asphalt paving and striping (237310), concrete work (238110), SWPPP/QSP/QSD services (541620), water quality testing/disinfection (541380), and waterline material supply including C900 PVC pipe, ductile iron fittings, valves, hydrants and appurtenances (423720). Partial-scope and material-only quotes are encouraged.



Plans and specifications are available electronically at no cost through the City of Hemet Bid Page for Oakland and Santa Fe Water Line Replacement, CIP No. 5661. Subcontractors must be properly licensed and DIR registered and must comply with applicable California prevailing wage and federal Davis-Bacon requirements. This is an EPA-funded project and applicable BABA and American Iron and Steel requirements apply. Subcontractors are required to maintain the insurance required by the Contract Documents. No Project Labor Agreement or separate subcontractor bonding requirement is stated in the bid documents.
