The work generally consists of installing approximately 8,200 LF of 16-inch C900 PVC water main, including all associated fittings, valves, valve boxes, and appurtenances. Work includes installation of fire hydrants, blow-offs, air/vacuum release assemblies, service connections, and tie-ins to existing facilities. The Contractor shall perform all required trenching, excavation, bedding, backfill, compaction, material import/export, and thrust restraint installation, including thrust blocks and restrained joints. Work also includes restoration of all disturbed areas, including concrete, asphalt paving, aggregate base, and decorative crosswalk improvements.

The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney, unless the project documents note otherwise.
