FLINT Design Build is seeking bids for the following bid packages:
Fire Suppression
Plumbing
HVAC
Electrical

This is FLINT's project.

Prevailing wages shall be provided for all work on this project.

The complete scope of work includes new grading, sitework, hardscape, flatwork, and landscaping to the proposed site and two new buildings with academic and faculty facilities, as well as partial renovation of two existing buildings. This bid specifically addresses the selection of a Fire Suppression design-build and Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical design-assist subcontractor only.

FLINT's Prequalification: Prospective subcontractors interested in working on FLINT's projects are required to complete subcontractor prequalification via Building Connected.
