We are seeking quotes for electrical, fire alarm, and elevator.

Project Scope: Modernization of the (3) existing hydraulic elevators in (3) buildings on the San Jose City College campus: (1) elevator in Business Education Building, (1) elevator in Cosmetology Reprographics Building, and (1) elevator in Student Services Building. Work involves replacement of various operating components in the elevator shaft and cabs; replacement of hydraulic pumps and elevator controllers. Related work includes modernization of the elevator cabs, hoistway doors, and electrical systems supporting the elevator system. Modifications to the existing fire alarm system will be required to accommodate any new installation.

Subcontractors must be able to comply with the District's Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
