The Consultant will provide a multi-tiered training plan as well as policy and procedure for the operation of the Rockland County Threat Assessment & Management Team (RCTAMT). The RCTAMT is being co-led by the Rockland County Sheriff's Office and the Rockland County Department of Fire & Emergency Services (OFES) along with the Rockland County Department of Mental Health (DMH).
