Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.
The project consists of the following:
Construction of a new music classroom building and associated site improvements.

Plans and Specifications are available via the Tulare-Kings Counties Builders Exchange.
CA State Prevailing Wages shall apply.
Sub Bonds (Performance & Payment Bonds) may be required for any subcontract over $250,000.
Please include your Bond Rate / Bond Cost as a separate line item on your proposal.
