The Workforce Development Board of Rockland County (Board) is soliciting proposals for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Career Center Provider for the delivery of Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth services. The Board will also be soliciting proposals for WIOA System Operator under a separate RFP and respondents may only apply for one role.
