Stalco is submitting a bid to the NYS Department of Parks & Recreation for the Renovate Regional Administration Building Exterior/Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades (Phase 2) at HQ Administration Building of Belmont Lake State Parkproject and are seeking qualified NYS certified MBE, WBE & SDVOB subcontractors to provide quotes.

Work includes partial building demolition and historic salvage with lead and asbestos hazard abatement, limited interior renovations with architectural finishes and painting, foundation wall penetration finishes, site work including trench, paving, ADA improvements and landscape restoration.
