RCDMH is looking to contract with a provider to implement a new residential crisis respite program in Rockland County that will create 6-8 new crisis respite beds in a single home in a central location in the county. Crisis respite residents are approved for up to seven (7) days in the residence (flexible upon RCDMH approval). The residence should be staffed 24/7 and, ideally, staffed by peer workers and provide food, board, support services, discharge planning and follow-up. The program should have a 24-hour warmline for referrals.
