KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the Production Well No. 2 Raw Water Transmission Main to the Town of Beekmantown on 10/29/2026 at 2pm. KJL is actively seeking and encouraging Certified New York Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as well as any other interested subcontractors and/or suppliers, to submit quotes on this project.
