Norstar Plumbing and Engineering, Inc is seeking Certified/Qualified DBE, MBE, SBE, WBE, SBRA,LSAF, HUB Zone Subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide the following but not limited to: Trucking Saw Cutting, Equipment Rentals, Traffic Control, Cold Planing, SWPPP, Aggregates, AC, Pipes and Fittings, Survey, Demolitions, Electrical, Concrete Structures, Grading, Concrete Pipe, Welding, and Pre-Construction Video. This Project consist of improvements at the Montclair Basin 2 and 3 to divert available storm flows from the San Antonio Creek Channel into existing basin for groundwater recharge; for Inland Empire Utilities Agency Recharge Master Plan Update (RMPU) Basin Improvements Project Montclair Basin Imp with a bid due date of November 5th. 2026 at 2:00pm (PDT)
