Seeking DBE quotes: casing hammer test well (550 ft), e-log/caliper logging, video surveys, PVC and steel well casing, gravel pack, cement/seal materials, drilling fluids, project sign, cuttings/fluids hauling and disposal. All items open, including work Zim normally self-performs; Zim will break out work to aid DBE participation.

BONDING AND INSURANCE: Zim Industries, Inc. does not require subcontractors to furnish bonds as a condition of quoting; where a bond is required for a scope, Zim will pay the premium. Zim will assist interested firms with bonding, insurance, lines of credit, and material supply, and will work with firms whose insurance limits fall short rather than exclude them.

LABOR COMPLIANCE: California prevailing wage and certified payroll; current DIR public works registration (Labor Code 1725.5). Proof of DBE certification must be current at bid opening.
