Hydro Resources - Mid Continent, Inc. is soliciting bids from certified HUB Subcontractors and Suppliers for the following project:

Alliance Regional Water Authority
Carrizo System Expansion: Well Drilling
IFB: 2026-001
Bid Date: November 11, 2026 2:00 PM

Scopes of work may include, but is not limited to: construction of access road, well site pads, surface slab, geophysical logging, cementing, preconstruction photography and video, temporary fencing, portable toilets, SWPPP, Surveying, Permanent Seeding and sod, welding, water analysis, fluids hauling, concrete pumping and any other subcontracting opportunities as listing the in the project specifications.
