Project Details

Resource Environmental Services, LLC is seeking qualified DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to provide competitive proposals for the Inglewood City Hall Renovation. The general scope of work includes the renovation and improvements to the 3rd and 8th floors of Inglewood City Hall, including associated demolition, construction, and related trades.

Interested subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to contact Resource Environmental Services, LLC for bidding opportunities, project documents, and additional information.

REI is union company signatory to laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
