Overview: This project involves the construction and completion of the Owls Head (OH-007) Combined Sewer Overflow facility along the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn, NY. The scope includes construction of aboveground structures, installation of mechanical and process equipment, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, underground utilities and force mains, Con Edison infrastructure, modifications to existing sewer systems, architectural work, and associated site improvements and public amenities above the underground CSO storage tank.
