Chumo Construction Inc. (Chumo) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the following work: Asphalt, Clear and Grub, Concrete Barrier, Construction Area Signs, Curb and Gutter, Drainage, Electrical, Excavation, JPCP (RSC), Landscaping, Misc Iron/Steel, Striping, Traffic Control, Trucking.
Chumo will work with interested subcontractors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.

Chumo Construction Inc. (Chumo) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Chumo will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage meeting Chumo's requirements and/or the owner's requirements and will be required to sign the standard AGC Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator. Chumo requires the subcontractors and suppliers price quotes be provided at a reasonable time prior to the bid deadline to enable a complete evaluation. Plans and specifications are available for viewing (by appointment only) at our office located at 14425 Joanbridge Street, Baldwin Park, CA.
