Project Description: Secondary-reactor rehabilitation including concrete structures; steel/ductile-iron piping and supports; valves; electrical and instrumentation; 11 MGD pumped bypass; mixers/aerators; MCC components; gates and platforms; sump-discharge rerouting; excavation, trenching, and surveying. Estimate: $18.5-$19.5 million.

Items for the project include, but are not limited to:
Subcontractors / Suppliers: demolition; saw cutting/coring; hazardous materials; earthwork/shoring; concrete, rebar, waterproofing and coatings; structural/misc. metals; welding; hatches; mechanical piping, valves and supports; electrical/I&C; bypass pumping; crane services; access metals; doors/windows; paving; and surveying.
Revised coating preparation, pipe-repair leak testing, bypass requirements, ductile-iron outlets, and eight drawings. Include bypass maintenance, ragging detection, and seven-day testing
