Scope of work for subcontractors needed: Electrical, Plumbing, Demolition, Concrete (Flatwork), Framing (wood & metal studs), HVAC, Roofing, Painting, Fire Sprinkler (Deign Build), Acoustical Ceiling, Doors with hardware, Windows, Grading, Landscape and Irrigation, Masonry, Rebar. Project consists of partly demolishing existing shade structures, demolition of existing structure, installation of new shade structures, grubbing and clearing existing landscape to make way for a new additional structure (3,000 s.f.) that will be attached to an existing structure. Concrete around existing swimming pool will be removed and replaced, renovation to existing locker room and restrooms, new site paving. New structure will require the trades mentioned above.

All subcontractors must have a current CSLB, DIR and DBE #. All subcontractors must have workers compensation, general liability, and be prepared to provide a bond if requested. This is a prevailing wage project and respective DIR filing of CPR will be required. Please provide your proposals no later than 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27th, 2026 as this will be a hand delivered bid.
