We are seeking quotes for the following trades/packages and are willing to split up any work to help encourage more involvement: demolition, abatement, sawcutting, concrete, site concrete, asphalt, pavement markings, earthwork, drywall, wood framing, casework/countertops, insulation, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile, epoxy flooring, paint, sealants, openings, glazing, restroom accessories, lockers, plaster, and more.

Scope of work consists of interior modernization of the existing boys locker room building and girls locker room building, including all related site civil, structural, MEP, LV, and ADA modifications. Project schedule is 177 calendar days, starting 12/1/2026. Project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All MEP contractors must prequalify with the district.

Buhler Commercial is signatory to carpenters and labors. We require subcontractor bonds for any subcontract over $300,000. Buhler Commercial can provide any needed assistance on insurance and bonding requirements.
