The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District) is releasing this Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit bids from experienced lobbyists to provide legislative lobbying services representing the District. The District is in need of an independent contractor to assist the District in influencing legislative matters in favor of the District's mission to reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions in the Sacramento region for the benefit of public health. Please see Attachment #1, "Scope of Services" in the RFP for additional information on services required.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase, a web-based e-Procurement system, by 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, December 4, 2026. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
