This is FLINT's project.

The project includes the replacement of the existing central heating and cooling plant with new rooftop packaged hvac units serving buildings 200, 300, 400, 500, s8-s12, s1-s7, n1-n7, and n8-n11. Additionally, the project includes replacement of the existing central plant hvac system, including associated equipment and controls, to provide upgraded heating and cooling for the campus.

The Subcontractor shall include in his/her bid all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, and insurance, as required for a complete scope of work and in conformance with the contract documents. The project requires prevailing wages be paid to all on site workers and adherence to state skilled and trained workforce requirements.

FLINT's Prequalification: Prospective subcontractors interested in working on FLINT's projects are required to complete subcontractor prequalification via Building Connected.
