The Village of Spring Valley is seeking one or more qualified contractors to provide complete snow and ice
control services on Village-maintained streets, including pre-storm brine pre-treatment (anti-icing), salting
and de-icing, plowing during storms, and post-storm clean-up, for the purpose of keeping Village streets safe
and passable for emergency vehicles, the traveling public and pedestrians. The Village is divided into three (3)
plow sections, using State Route 45 (Main Street) and Maple Avenue as boundaries. Bidders may bid on one or
more sections and, optionally, on all three sections combined.
