Resource Environmental Services LLC is seeking proposals from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), for the following public works project: Demolition of Existing Buildings at 1626 E Street.

The scope of work consists of hazardous materials abatement, demolition of existing structures and foundations, clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of printing press equipment and oil-water separators, utility disconnections/capping, site grading, imported fill, backfill and compaction, and installation of chain-link fencing.

RES encourages all qualified subcontractors and suppliers to submit a proposal.

RES is a union company signatory to local laborers and operating engineers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
