SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes for subcontractors and vendors for the following items, but not limited to: dewatering, steel pipe and piers, catwalks, slide gates, mechanical and electrical, demolition, earthwork, aggregate materials, trucking, concrete, road repair, erect shed, cast-in-place concrete, traffic control, temp fence, project signs, generator, and tree removal.

Scope of Work: replace the inlet catwalk, repair or replace inlet slide gates, & install piles and miscellaneous metal work at Butte Slough outlet structure, located at the confluence with the Sacramento River

DVBE and Small Business Goal: 25% Submit Certificate with quote

Prequalification: All bidders shall be prequalified by the Department. Submit Statement of Experience questionnaire not less than 5 days
prior to the date and time of the bid opening. Be prequalified by the Department at least one day prior to the date and time of the bid opening. See State Contract Act and Document 00 11 40 - Prequalification in the bid documents.

Wage Requirements for this project is State Prevailing Wage (www.dir.ca.gov). All Subcontractors must be registered with a DIR Number PRIOR to the project bid date.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

All Subcontractors who will be performing work onsite must be registered with a DIR Contractor Number, at the time of the bid opening.
Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
