Resource Environmental Services is soliciting proposals from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), as well as other interested subcontractors and suppliers for the Demolition, Environmental Remediation, Site Clearance, and Grading Services.

The project consists of hazardous materials abatement, environmental remediation, building and structural demolition, utility disconnection and abandonment, removal of foundations and underground improvements, site clearance, grading, hauling and disposal, dust control, and site restoration. Possible subcontracting and supplier opportunities include: Hazardous Waste Transportation & Disposal, Grading & Earthwork, Concrete & Asphalt Removal, traffic control, and equipment rental.

RES is a union company and is signatory to laborers and operating engineers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
