City of Atlanta Transit sets triennial DBE goal

City of Atlanta Transit has announced its triennial disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation goal for fiscal years 2021 through 2023. The agency is required to set and publish such goals as a recipient of federal transportation funding.

The participation goal has been set at 22.82 percent for the period in question, meaning that City of Atlanta Transit will attempt to award 22.82 percent of contract dollars to DBEs during that period.

The goal and the methodology used in developing the goal are available for inspection during normal business hours at the administrative offices of the Director of the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Contract Compliance, 68 Mitchell Street SW, Suite 5100, Atlanta GA 30303.

The City will also be receiving public comments on the proposed goal until April 3, 2021. Comments may be submitted in writing to the City at the above address or at bbell@atlantaga.gov.
